Overview. The Warren Miller Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) offers the opportunity to participate in two
separate types of drawing, one for an opportunity to become a Finalist to get into the Grand Prize
Drawing as described below, the other for a chance to win the First, Second, Third or Fourth Prize as
described below. Non-winning entries to get into the Grand Prize Drawing will become entered
automatically into the First/Second/Third/Fourth Prize Drawing.

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/24/2023 and ends
at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 01/31/24 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sweepstakes is open to legal residents
of the 49 United States and District of Columbia (excluding in Hawaii), and Canada, excluding the
province of Québec, age 21 or older at time of entry. Employees of Warren Miller
Entertainment, Inc., a division of Outside Interactive, Inc. (“Sponsor”), following prize providers:
Backcountry, Helly Hansen, Peak Skis, Cutty Sark and Four Wheel Campers and any of their
respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, tour venues, advertising and promotion
agencies involved in this Sweepstakes and their immediate family members and/or those living
in same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all
applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void in Hawaii, the province
of Québec, and where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter:
For a chance to be selected as a Finalist in the Grand Prize Drawing. Two (2) methods are
available:
a. During this show screening of Warren Miller’s North American Tour (“Show”), follow
the instructions from the staff to complete an electronic entry using the available
kiosk(s) or tablet(s). Entry must be received before the scheduled end time of the
Show. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method. Limit one (1) Finalist to be
selected from this Show. The same person can only be selected as a Finalist one (1)
time regardless of method(s) of entry.
b. Visit www.warrenmiller.com during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and follow all
onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Online
Entry”). Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address via this method. Limit
one (1) Finalist to be selected via this method. The same person can only be
selected as a Finalist one (1) time regardless of method(s) of entry.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the number of entries allowed above by using
multiple identities or different email addresses, registrations and logins, or any other methods
will void such entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated
program to enter will result in disqualification. Neither Sponsor nor its designated agents
assume responsibility for third parties’ failure to act in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions
pertaining to implementation of Sweepstakes. All entries and requests become Sponsor’s
property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost,
damaged, illegible or misdirected entries.

Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Proof of
transmission is not proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online

entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account
of the e-mail address at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural
person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service
provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible
for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

3. Winner Selection/Notification:
a. Finalist Selection. The one (1) potential Finalist from this Show to participate in the
Grand Prize Drawing will be selected from among all eligible entries received from this
Show. The Finalist selection will occur at the conclusion of this Show, and the potential
Finalist will be notified at that time using the email address submitted at the time of
entry. Potential Finalist does not need to be present to be selected to participate in the
Grand Prize Drawing. For entries submitted online at www.warrenmiller.com, a separate
drawing will be held on or about 02/20/2024, to select additional Finalists.
b. Grand Prize Drawing. Grand Prize Drawing and will be at random from among all eligible
Finalists (approximately 250-300 are anticipated, including Finalists selected apart from
this Show), and will be conducted on or about 02/20/2024 by an independent judging
organization (“Administrator”) whose decisions are final and binding.
c. First/Second/Third/Fourth Prize Drawing. First/Second/Third/Fourth Prize Drawing and
will be at random from among all eligible entries, which include all non-winning entries
seeking to become a Finalist as well as all non-winning entries in the Grand Prize
Drawing and will be conducted on or about 02/20/2024 by an independent judging
organization (“Administrator”) whose decisions are final and binding.
Each potential Finalist and/or prize winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone,
using the contact information supplied at the time of entry, and may be required to complete,
sign and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility & Liability, and where permissible, a
Publicity Release (“Affidavit”), within seven (7) days of date specified on notification. If an
Affidavit is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner failed to execute and return the
Affidavit or any required document within the specified time period, or if a selected winner
cannot accept or receive prize for any reason, or he/she has not complied with these Official
Rules, it may result in disqualification, and corresponding prize may be awarded to an alternate
winner. No prize substitutions permitted, except if a prize (or a portion of the prize) is
unavailable, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded at Sponsor’s
sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, local and
income taxes. United States only: winner is required to furnish his/her Social Security number to
the Administrator and an IRS Form 1099-Misc will be filed in the name of winner for the value of
the prize. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize
won, photograph/video, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes
without further approval, compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by
law.

4. Prizes & their Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

One (1) Grand Prize: Backcountry.com
 Heli Ski Day Trip in Canada for two (2), complete with two (2) full sets of Backcountry
outerwear and base/mid layers & avalanche safety kits.
 Prize does not include air transportation, lodging, and transportation.
 Approximate ARV: USD $4,000

One (1) First Prize: Helly Hansen
 Prize consists of four (4) consecutive nights lodging, double occupancy standard room
only, in Canyons Village, Park City, UT.
 Round trip ground transportation to/from airport and resort.
 Three (3) days of lift tickets.
 Helly Hansen outerwear kits, midlayer and baselayer (winner and guest)
 Air transportation is not included.
 Style, color and size of Helly Hansen outfits are subject to availability and at Helly
Hansen’s sole discretion.
 Blackout dates: 12/21/24-1/3/25, 1/20/25, 2/17/25.
 Trip must be taken by 4/10/2025.
 Prize does not include air transportation.
 Total ARV of Grand Prize: USD $4,400.00

One (1) Second Prize: Peak Skis
 Winner receives a pair of 23/24 Peak Skis. They can select from six (6) award-winning
models, all of which feature Peak’s innovative, proprietary KeyHole Technology.
 Four (4) all-mountain freeride skis by Bode and two (2) all-mountain freetour skis by
Dav.
 ARV: USD $1,080

One (1) Third Prize: Cutty Sark
 Two (2) Ikon Ski Passes for 2024-2025 Ski Season

One (1) Fourth Prize: Four Wheel Campers

5. Prize Conditions: All prizes are not transferable or refundable, and not redeemable for cash or
credit, in whole or in part. Each prize must be accepted as awarded, in one booking, and with no
substitution. Air travel (if offered) does not qualify for frequent flyer miles. The Sponsor is not
responsible for any flight or transportation delay/cancellation, and not liable for any expenses
incurred as a consequence of such delay/cancellation. All applicable taxes, airport charges,
baggage fees, travel or medical insurance, equipment rentals or ski lesson other than mentioned
herein, other incidental expenses are not included and will be each winner’s and their guest’s
responsibility. Limit: one (1) prize per household. Maximum ARV of all prizes: up to USD
$13,498.00. All values are in U.S. dollars.

Actual value of each trip prize depends on timing and accommodation at time of booking. If
actual of any prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Reservations
are subject to availability. Once the trip is booked or prize voucher/certificate is provided to the
winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner and such winner
assumes full responsibility for the prize. If skiing/lift is not available due to poor weather
conditions or any mechanical breakdown or any injury after winner embarks, the Sponsor’s sole
responsibility will be to award the remaining elements of the prize. Winner and his/her guest
must travel together on same itinerary. If a winner is unable to travel for any reason, then
he/she will forfeit all rights to the prize and the Sponsor shall have no further obligations to such
winner and his/her guest. Winners and their guests are responsible for obtaining proper valid
travel documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa, photo ID, etc.) prior to travel. Guest must
complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. Where applicable, if a guest is a
minor [in his or her state of primary residence], winner must be the guest's parent or legal
guardian who must execute the required travel documents on behalf of a traveling minor. Minor
must be accompanied by a parent throughout the trip. Prize will not be awarded if the Sponsor

is unable to verify a winner after diligent effort is made prior to the end of the ski season as
noted above.

Sponsor may conduct a background check to confirm the potential winners’ eligibility and
compliance with these Official Rules. By entering, Entrants agree to cooperate reasonably with
any such background check. Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification and selection of
an alternate winner. If a potential winner has engaged in or does engage in any conduct that
could damage the reputation or business of Sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion,
the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner,
time permitting. Potential winners must also comply with all requirements for proper and
appropriate behavior during any prize-related activities or events. Any inappropriate behavior,
as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, may result in removal from any activity or event.
6. Odds: Odds of being selected as a Finalist for the Grand Prize Drawing at this Show depend on
the number of entries received from attendees at this Show. Odds of being selected as a Finalist
for the Grand Prize Drawing via entry at www.WarrenMiller.com depend on number of entries
received at that website, with the number of Finalists to be selected set at a ratio to make odds
comparable as Show-based entries. Odds in the Grand Prize Drawing will depend on the number
of Finalists, which is anticipated to be in the range of approximately 250-300. Odds of winning in
the First/Second/Third/Fourth Prize Drawings depend on the number of eligible entries
received, and the Drawing is open to over 100 million Internet users in the United States and
Canada.

MISCELLANEOUS: All Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed,
or similar entry duplication method are void. Sponsor is not responsible for any (a) lost, late,
misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible Entries, all of which are void; (b)
telephone, computer, mobile device, hardware, software, programming or network malfunction
or other technical failures or errors, or the failure to properly process entries; (c)
communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor,
including but not limited to disruption related to internet traffic, wireless networks, virus, bug or
non-authorized intervention; or (d) damage caused by a computer or mobile device related virus
or otherwise resulting to any computer or mobile device from such person’s participation in the
Sweepstakes whether human, mechanical or electronic. Sponsor reserves the right to modify,
extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole
discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical
problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the
integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as
contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will post a
notice on https://warrenmiller.com/worldtoursweeps. and, to the extent possible, winner will
be selected from among all eligible Entries unaffected by any error that were received as of the
termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or
who Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be
disqualified. Entries that contain errors, or are incomplete or received after the Sweepstakes
Period, will not be accepted.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, each entrant releases Sponsor, Administrator, Prize Provider,
and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors,
agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of
any Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) from any and against any and all injury, loss or
damage caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in any Sweepstakes and/or the
acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and each Entrant agrees that the
Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee,
expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any Sweepstakes and/or the awarding of any

prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. By participating, each agrees that: (a)
any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with any
Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of
class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs
incurred, including costs associated with entering any Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s
fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and
entrant hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any
and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other
than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes
shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to principles of
conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the
State of Colorado, and entrant expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any
objection thereto. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable
where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER
ASSOCIATES LEGAL COSTS) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT, OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SEEKING CRIMINAL
PROSECUTION.

 DATA: Entrants acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Sweepstakes and providing
any personal information, subject to applicable law, Sponsor and Administrator may collect and
use such personal information provided for the purposes of conducting the Sweepstakes, for
their internal purposes, and for Sponsor’s marketing and advertising activities. Any information
Entrant submits is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at
https://www.outsideinc.com/privacy-policy/. Entrants acknowledge that by participating in this
Sweepstakes, they give Sponsor permission to share their information with the Prize Providers.

Sweepstakes will be collected, used, and disclosed only for the purposes of administering the
Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, as you otherwise expressly consent, or as required by law. By
entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to such collection, use, and disclosure.

mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or
otherwise, to be administered by telephone at a time specified by Sponsor. Failure to answer
skill-testing question correctly in the time provided will result in disqualification and selection of
an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and
absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate or necessary
to comply with applicable law. Requests for the winner’s name may omit the return postage.
