My dad!

 

What would you do if you won the lottery?

How much are we talkin? Invest half and then buy a helicopter.

 

Breakfast of champions?

Good old chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, eggs and a big dump overnight.

 

Favorite chairlift and why?

Big Sky Challenger Lift! It gets you right to the Headwaters hike at Moonlight where there are endless big lines to ski.

 

The most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this year? (books, podcasts, TV shows)

Neowise Comet.

 

Ideal down day?

Drinks, tea and baking with the girlfriend.

 

Highlight memory from filming with WME for this year's film?

Getting one more day at the resort after they closed from COVID.

 

What is a cause you care about that you'd love to share with the Warren Miller audience?

Alzheimer’s Research - it’s been tough watching my grandma progress through the disease.

 

How do you think the year 2020 will shape the future of skiing?

I think it’s going to really test the ski industry. I hope everyone is able to persevere and we can get back to a normal winter here soon.

 

What is your vision for the future of skiing?

I think that the level of shredding is just going to continue reaching that next level. Last year was a huge eye opener for me at Kings and Queens, and I can’t even imagine where the sport will be at in 10 years.

 

Favorite classic ski film and why?

Blizzard of Aahhh’s.
