Overview. Warren Miller 2025 North America Tour Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) offers all Sweepstakes entrants an opportunity to become a Finalist to get into the Grand Prize Drawing and a chance to win the First, through Ninth Prizes as described below. Non-winning entries to get into the Grand Prize Drawing will be entered automatically into the First through Ninth Prize Drawings.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/15/2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/25 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 49 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Hawaii), and Canada, excluding the province of Québec, age 21 or older at time of entry. Employees of Warren Miller Entertainment, Inc., a division of Outside Interactive, Inc. (“Sponsor”), following prize providers: Majestic Heli Ski, Backcountry®, Adidas®, Oakley, Atomic, Scout, Seirus, Visit Central Oregon, Flylow, WinterWonderGrass, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, tour venues, advertising and promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes and their immediate family members and/or those living in same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void in Hawaii, the province of Québec, and where prohibited by law.

How to Enter:

For a chance to be selected as a Finalist in the Grand Prize Drawing. Two (2) entry methods are available:

During this show screening of Warren Miller’s North American Tour (“Show”), follow the instructions from the staff to complete an electronic entry using the available kiosk(s) or tablet(s) or your personal mobile device. Entry must be received before the scheduled end time of the Show. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method. Limit one (1) Finalist to be selected from this Show. The same person can only be selected as a Finalist one (1) time regardless of method(s) of entry. 

Visit www.warrenmiller.com during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Online Entry”). Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address via this method. Limit one (1) Finalist to be selected via this method. The same person can only be selected as a Finalist one (1) time regardless of method(s) of entry.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the number of entries allowed above by using multiple identities or different email addresses, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. Neither Sponsor nor its designated agents assume responsibility for third parties’ failure to act in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions pertaining to implementation of Sweepstakes. All entries and requests become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries.

Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Winner Selection/Notification:
Finalist Selection. The one (1) potential Finalist from this Show to participate in the Grand Prize Drawing will be selected from among all eligible entries received from this Show. The Finalist selection will occur at the conclusion of this Show, and the potential Finalist will be notified at that time using the email address submitted at the time of entry. Potential Finalist does not need to be present to be selected to participate in the Grand Prize Drawing. For entries submitted online at www.warrenmiller.com, a separate drawing will be held on or about 01/15/2026, to select additional Finalists.

Grand Prize Drawing. Grand Prize Drawing and will be at random from among all eligible Finalists (approximately 250-300 are anticipated, including Finalists selected apart from this Show), and will be conducted on or about 01/15/2026 by an independent judging organization (“Administrator”) whose decisions are final and binding.

Additional Prize Drawing. Prize Drawing for all Additional Prizes will be conducted at random from among all eligible entries, which include all non-winning entries seeking to become a Finalist as well as all non-winning entries in the Grand Prize Drawing and will be conducted on or about 01/15/2025 by an independent judging organization (“Administrator”) whose decisions are final and binding.

Each potential Finalist and/or prize winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone, using the contact information supplied at the time of entry, and may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility & Liability, and where permissible, a Publicity Release (“Affidavit”), within seven (7) days of date specified on notification. If an Affidavit is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner failed to execute and return the Affidavit or any required document within the specified time period, or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive prize for any reason, or he/she has not complied with these Official Rules, it may result in disqualification, and corresponding prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. No prize substitutions permitted, except if a prize (or a portion of the prize) is unavailable, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, local and income taxes. United States only: winner is required to furnish his/her Social Security number to the Administrator and an IRS Form 1099-Misc will be filed in the name of winner for the value of the prize. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize won, photograph/video, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further approval, compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law.

Prize Conditions:

All merchandise prizes are subject to availability at the time of winner selection. Based on availability, any out-of-stock item or size can be replaced with any other available item in the respective prize provider’s line of similar or greater value. Standard manufacturer’s warranty applies to all merchandise prizes. Prizes are not transferable or refundable, and not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part. Each prize must be accepted as awarded, and with no substitution. For any trip prize, air travel (if offered) does not qualify for frequent flyer miles. The Sponsor is not responsible for any flight or transportation delay/cancellation, and not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of such delay/cancellation. All applicable taxes, airport charges, baggage fees, travel or medical insurance, equipment rentals or ski lesson other than mentioned herein, other incidental expenses are not included and will be each winner’s and their guest’s responsibility. For any experience prizes which do not include transportation and/or hotel accommodations, Winners and any guests are responsible for obtaining their own transportation and/or hotel accommodations. Limit: one (1) prize per household.

Maximum ARV of all prizes: up to USD $61,200.00. All values are in U.S. dollars.

Below applies to all trip prizes:

Actual value of each trip prize depends on timing and accommodation at time of booking. If the actual value of any prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Reservations are subject to availability. Once the trip is booked or prize voucher/certificate is provided to the winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner and such winner assumes full responsibility for the prize. If skiing/lift is not available due to poor weather conditions or any mechanical breakdown or any injury after a winner embarks, the Sponsor’s sole responsibility will be to award the remaining elements of the prize. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If a winner is unable to travel for any reason, then he/she will forfeit all rights to the prize and the Sponsor shall have no further obligations to such winner and his/her guest. Prize will not be awarded if the Sponsor is unable to verify a winner after diligent effort is made prior to the end of the ski season as noted above.

Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D. and/or U.S. passport [i.e., passport must be valid through 6 months from travel date at the very minimum], credit card, etc.) before departure. Photo identification and valid credit card or cash deposit in appropriate amount may be required at hotel check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided). Winner and any guest must travel together on specified itinerary, set by Sponsor, including same departure date, destination and return date or their prize may be forfeited in its entirety. No additional guests than what is stated in each prize description in these Official Rules are permitted. Once guests are selected by the winner for each trip prize, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. Winner and guest(s) will not receive frequent flier miles, award points or other prerequisites ("perks") in conjunction with Trip. Trip cannot be extended. Winner and guest assume the risk of any inherent or unforeseen dangers associated with travel.

Where applicable, if a guest is a minor [in his or her state of primary residence], winner must be the guest's parent or legal guardian who must execute the required travel documents on behalf of a traveling minor. Minor must be accompanied by a parent throughout the trip.

Winner and guest must follow all instructions of Sponsor and its agents or designees for the trip prize and, should a winner and/or guest fail to adhere to such instructions or engage in illegal, unruly, obnoxious, harmful, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor or any prize supplier in their sole discretion) ("Inappropriate Behavior"), Sponsor/prize supplier reserve the right, without further notice or warning, to remove such winner and/or guest(s) from the affected component of that prize, or terminate the trip altogether and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion so as to protect its rights, without liability or other obligation to Winner and/or guest.

Winners and guest(s) must at all times act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner during the trip. Without limitation, Winner and guest(s) understand and agree that there may be certain travel risks as well as travel advisories in certain countries. By accepting the Prize, winner understands and accepts these risks. DO NOT TAKE THE TRIP UNLESS YOU ACCEPT SUCH RISK AND THE ATTENDANT DANGERS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH. In addition, Winner and guest(s) must follow all safety and other instructions, including but not limited to any laws/regulations or policies of the United States and Canada (or any political subdivision of either Country) designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus; such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, providing proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test and/or vaccination against COVID-19/Coronavirus; as well as any mandatory quarantine should winner and/or guest(s) contract COVID-19/Coronavirus during the Trip.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except as set forth in these Official Rules and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a Prize/Prize element of comparable or equal (retail) value will be provided. If any element of any prize is unused by a winner, no compensation or substitute prize will be awarded, and Sponsor and Administrator disclaim any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Winners and guest(s) further understand and agree that Sponsor has not obtained insurance of any kind for them relative to acceptance/use of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to their trip not specified herein, including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation ( that is not included for any prize) airline baggage fees, meals, tips, souvenirs, taxes, travel insurance and hotel incidentals, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee in accepting air travel. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. The Sponsor and its agencies are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of Event or flight cancellation/delay.

All applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, as well as any other expenses not specifically included in the Prize descriptions in Rule #4, are the sole responsibility of each winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 (if s/he resides in the United States and W8-BEN form if s/he resides in Canada) reflecting the actual final retail value of the given prize. Winners (if residing in the United States) must furnish their social security number as requested in the Winner Documents. Winners further agrees to otherwise fully cooperate with Sponsor/Administrator as to their compliance with governmental tax-reporting requirements.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern. 

Sponsor may conduct a background check to confirm the potential winners’ eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. By entering, Entrants agree to cooperate reasonably with any such background check. Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner has engaged in or does engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or business of Sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Potential winners must also comply with all requirements for proper and appropriate behavior during any prize-related activities or events. Any inappropriate behavior, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, may result in removal from any activity or event.

Odds: Odds of being selected as a Finalist for the Grand Prize Drawing at this Show depend on the number of entries received from attendees at this Show. Odds of being selected as a Finalist for the Grand Prize Drawing via entry at www.WarrenMiller.com depend on the number of entries received at that website, with the number of Finalists to be selected set at a ratio to make odds comparable as Show-based entries. Odds in the Grand Prize Drawing will depend on the number of Finalists, which is anticipated to be in the range of approximately 350-400. Odds of winning in the First through Ninth Prize Drawings depend on the number of eligible entries received, and the Drawing is open to over 100 million Internet users in the United States and Canada.

MISCELLANEOUS: All Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method are void. Sponsor is not responsible for any (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible Entries, all of which are void; (b) telephone, computer, mobile device, hardware, software, programming or network malfunction or other technical failures or errors, or the failure to properly process entries; (c) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to disruption related to internet traffic, wireless networks, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (d) damage caused by a computer or mobile device related virus or otherwise resulting to any computer or mobile device from such person’s participation in the Sweepstakes whether human, mechanical or electronic. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will post a notice on https://warrenmiller.com/worldtoursweeps. and, to the extent possible, winner will be selected from among all eligible Entries unaffected by any error that were received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or who Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified. Entries that contain errors, or are incomplete or received after the Sweepstakes Period, will not be accepted.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, each entrant releases Sponsor, Administrator, Prize Provider, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of any Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in any Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and each Entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any Sweepstakes and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. By participating, each agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with any Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the State of Colorado, and entrant expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER ASSOCIATES LEGAL COSTS) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT, OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

DATA: Entrants acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any personal information, subject to applicable law, Sponsor and Administrator may collect and use such personal information provided for the purposes of conducting the Sweepstakes, for their internal purposes, and for Sponsor’s marketing and advertising activities. Entrants acknowledge that by participating in this Sweepstakes, they give Sponsor permission to share their information with the Prize Providers. Failure to answer skill-testing question correctly in the time provided will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate or necessary to comply with applicable law. Requests for the winner’s name may omit the return postage.
