Loveland Mountaintop Matrimony

Colorado's Loveland Ski Area celebrated its 27th Annual Mountaintop Matrimony this Valentine's Day.

Who is closer to your heart? Your pair of skis or your significant other? Hold on, before you say anything, just know you don’t have to break any hearts choosing between the two because Loveland Ski Area allows you to have the best of both worlds. Wednesday, February 14, 2018 marked the 27th annual Valentine’s Day Mountaintop Matrimony ceremony and reception with 73 couples in attendance. This tradition has taken love to new heights for generations and whether the conditions are powder, corduroy, vow renewals or couples who are slipping the ring on for the first time, there is nothing more special than tying the knot at 12,050 feet.

Like in past years, the 30-minute ceremony was done as a "mass wedding" performed at one time and applicable to all couples in attendance. Once vows were exchanged, all participants and guests skied/snowboarded down the mountain for an after party put on by Loveland and complete with live music.

It's safe to say this destination wedding keeps away the crazy in-laws, lets you enjoy this intimate moment in paradise and nothing says “forever” like a black diamond.

To all the Brides, Grooms, Partners and those riding solo, Warren Miller Entertainment wishes you a happily ever after!

True love stories never have endings.
