Warren Miller Coupons FAQ

Frequently asked questions if you're having trouble logging on or finding your coupons.

The email I’ve used to register on this site in the past is not working. Or the site says unrecognized username or email invalid.

For 2020, you may have to register fresh and complete the entire web form on the homepage. Sorry for the inconvenience. If when registering, your email is being noted as “Undeliverable Email Address”, and you have an alternative email address, try an address with a common email provider (i.e. gmail, yahoo, etc) next. Otherwise, contact us at wmefeedback@aimmedia.com.

How do I register a child or minor?

Every person must register with a valid email address. If your children don’t have their own email address, you can use an alternative email of your own or just go to gmail or another email provider and create one.

Regarding selecting an ID to register your child, you can use the ID of the parent or guardian that will be at the ticket window with them when they redeem. If you need to change the ID after registering when you are logged in, go to edit account > customer and you will see ID Type and ID Number at the bottom of the page.

I didn’t receive a coupon code or don’t know where to find my code?

After you purchase your ticket to the event, we need about a week to deliver your coupon codes for WMECoupons.com. Please allow for up to 7 days for these to hit your inbox via a separate email. If it has been 8 days since your purchase and you don't see them in your inbox, please write us at feedback@warrenmiller.com. If you have recently purchased your ticket, please allow us to send our large batch once a week, within a week of your purchase. Note: The WME Coupon Codes are different than your virtual event link from ShowClix. We will be sending these WME Coupon codes out seperately. Problems with your code? Your code should be 10 digits, entered all uppercase

If you're still having problems please email us at wmefeedback@aimmedia.com.

I lost my password/user login.

Often people don’t realize their username is their email address, as it is not made clear on the forms. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here: http://wmecoupons.com/user/password/.

I need to change the information I registered with OR don’t feel comfortable giving my ID number on your website/why do you need it.

The information on your coupon account is used by the resort to verify that you are the coupon holder and that the coupon has not been transferred, bought or sold. We are only asking for the last 4 digits. If you have misregistered your information, the ID number, your address or other information, it can be changed after registering. To do so, when you are logged in, go to ‘edit account’ > and in the upper right click ‘customer’ and you will see ID Type and ID Number at the bottom of the page. Don’t forget to click ‘save’ after editing.

I’m not seeing a certain coupon/offer in my account.

You may have either registered your code to the wrong city or sometimes surrounding markets have different offers for their show. Also, we also do make mistakes! We're human. If you believe you've misregistered in the incorrect market/show/venue please contact us at wmefeedback@aimmedia.comAND include which show you attended.

I’m not happy with this year’s coupon offers.

Thanks so much for your feedback. We try to be as transparent as possible about the resort offers and list all coupons along with their fine print on our website. Offers vary from year to year, and from venue to venue, so we always recommend checking your local event page on our site to see what will be given away at a particular screening.

If it were up to us, we would give away as many lift tickets as we could, with as few blackout dates as possible, but the offers are dictated by the resorts. These deals are essentially added value for attending the show. If you know of a resort who you think would like to be included in the future, please feel free to write us and let us know. We are always trying to improve our offers.
