Only serious inquiries need apply. We are only interested in extremely motivated students that are seeking experience in a high tempo business environment. This student Intern will be introduced to the work environment and to other staff members by our team during the first week of the internship. They will receive initial and ongoing comprehensive training for the duties associated with this internship – including training on all projects they will be working with and training for all other duties they are assigned. This intern will report directly to the Operations Manager, and be supervised by the department’s Director. This student will receive extensive feedback throughout the internship (based on work performance, attitude, and commitment) – and receive a written evaluation of their work at the end of the program.
Assist in the areas of: Facility rental contracting, technical rider review and event planning, logistics and operations management, summary and distribution of event information, review and reporting of event expenses, databaseprocessing. Requirements / Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment
- Have an interest and background in technical management
- Can take initiative and work independently
- Required skills: advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
